CRS PointsCalculator for Canada Immigration 2020

Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is a ranking system that ranks the profiles in the federal government’s express entry pool based on the CRS score in the Express Entry program.

Express entry program is a point-based program manages the profiles of the candidates who have applied for Canada PR Visa through following Canada’s three skilled economic immigration programs:

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

All the profiles of the candidates are submitted together in the express entry pool. In the express pool with the use of the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), a ranking of the express profiles are determined in the express pool. Through regularly held express draws, Invitation to Apply (ITA) is issued to the higher-ranked profiles.

Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the express draw in a regular time interval of two weeks. If there is any delay between the two consecutive express draws, it can lead to higher CRS cut-offs. Through the ITA, candidates are able to submit their application for Canada PR Visa to the IRCC. Once the candidate gets an ITA, they have 60 days for the application submission to the IRCC.
